Papers presenting original work in the technical areas covered by the conference are invited for submission. Papers should be in the form of an electronic file in PDF format. Full papers should have a length of  no more than 3 pages by following the ICOCN'2024 full-paper template.

All contributed papers will be peer reviewed and rated by the technical program committee. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

注：

1、所有拟做报告的参会人员都可以只投摘要，不投全文。

2、所有参与评奖的论文必须在规定的截稿日期内提交全文。

3、提交摘要后想补充全文的，应在会议召开前提交全文。
